TAB Talks #14 in Yokohama Announced

Coinciding with the highly anticipated international contemporary art exhibition to be held this fall, the Yokohama Triennale 2008, we are hosting a total of 3 TAB Talks!

Volumes 1 & 2 will be held at BankART Mini on the 1st floor of BankART Studio NYK, one of the venues for the Yokohama Triennale.

The keywords for TAB Talk Vol.1 are “regions” and “media”. For TAB, an outfit that deals with information regarding art and design both online and offline, these themes are crucial in how they relate to this particular location, Yokohama.

Joining us for Vol. 1 will be two special invited guests: Tetsuya Ozaki, publisher and chief editor of the bilingual site RealTokyo and the only bilingual art magazine in Japan, ART iT. Ozaki will talk about art-related media from an international viewpoint.
Hiroki Sugiura, chief editor of the Yokohama Keizai Shinbun and director of a non-profit organization, will focus on new media and its future possibilities that continue to emerge out of Yokohama.
